Training Programmes
We provide specialist training, including:
- REACH: Catastrophic bleeding response training
- CALM: Conflict avoidance and management training
- CRASH: Control, restraint, and safe handcuff training
Service Delivery
Training is delivered on-site at the client's premises or at an agreed location. We reserve the right to modify course content to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official booking channels.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us.
- Minimum participant numbers may apply for certain courses.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in the booking confirmation.
- Full payment is typically due before the training date.
- All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client
- More than 28 days notice: Full refund minus 10% administration fee.
- 14 to 28 days notice: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days notice: No refund.
Cancellation by Beyond the Doors
In the event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule to an alternative date or a full refund of payments made.
