Our Story
Beyond the Doors was founded by security industry professionals who recognized a critical gap in the market: the lack of practical, real-world emergency response training for everyday staff and organizations. With over 15 years of experience in the security sector, our founder witnessed firsthand how traditional training programs failed to prepare people for the realities of hostile incidents, conflict situations, and medical emergencies. The upcoming Martyn's Law legislation highlighted the urgent need for organizations to have trained personnel capable of immediate response. That's when we developed our flagship REACH programme, along with CALM and CRASH, to fill this critical gap.
